What to write about

Support — something in the app isn't working, or isn't clear.
Bug reports — tell us your Android version, your device model, and what you did just before the problem. Detour has no crash reporting, so a description from you is genuinely how we find out.
Privacy questions and requests — anything about the Privacy Policy, including a request to access or delete data. Note that Detour keeps your saved places on your device, so most deletion is done in the app itself — see deleting your data.
Feedback — what you wish Detour did.

Response time

Detour is built by a small team, so replies are not instant. We aim to answer every message, and to answer privacy requests within the period required by the law that applies to you.

If you have found a security problem in Detour or its backend, email ranwerker@gmail.com with the details and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before making it public.
